We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Rewirea. If your new favorite item or gift doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can easily send it back to us. Here you will find all the important information about returns and refunds:


How do I return items?

If you would like to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that the cost of return shipping is to be borne by the buyer. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Pack the item carefully, ideally in the original packaging.
  2. Please include your order number or a copy of the invoice with your return.
  3. Send the package to the return address that you can find in your order confirmation or on our returns page .

When will my return be credited?

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed. This can take up to 7 working days after receipt of the return. The credit will be made automatically via the payment method you selected.


I received a faulty item

If an item is defective or does not match the description, we apologize for the inconvenience! Please report the incident directly to our customer service at store @rewirea.de .


Why is there no return slip included with my order?

We focus on sustainability and therefore consciously do not include additional return slips in our packages.


Can I exchange items?

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you require a different item or size, please place a new order. The original item can of course be returned within the return period.


Why was my order returned to Rewirea?

If your order was returned to us by our shipping partner, this may be due to an incorrect delivery address or a failed delivery. Please contact us at store @rewirea.de so that we can clarify the case.


Are returns free?

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you have any questions about shipping costs or other return conditions, please do not hesitate to contact us.


Can I return multiple orders in one package?

Yes, you can return items from multiple orders in one package as long as all items are registered to you. Please include the order numbers or invoices to facilitate processing.


Are there any items that cannot be returned?

No, all items can be returned as long as they meet the return policy.
